Training is not a box to tick. It is the point at which a regulation becomes a behaviour, provided the people in the room understand what it is about.
Six languages
Section 12 of the German Occupational Safety Act requires that instruction is understood. Anyone who instructs in German and is not understood has not instructed.
In many operations a substantial part of the workforce speaks German as a second language. Instruction that does not land linguistically is legally vulnerable and practically useless. So we train in the language your team thinks in.

How it runs
You tell us what you operate and how many people are affected. We tell you which instruction is mandatory, which intervals apply and what can be bundled into a single appointment.
We place dates so the operation keeps running: off-peak hours, shift changes, Saturdays. For larger workforces we split into groups so half the crew is never absent at once.
Theory short, practice long. We work with your equipment, your routes and your actual hazards, in one of six languages where needed.
You receive attendance lists, certificates and instruction records digitally and ready for signature. When the next interval falls due, we get in touch, before the deadline passes.
