First aid

Company first aiders — in your team's language.

In an emergency every second counts — and nobody translates. Resuscitation, recovery position, pressure bandage: those who learned these techniques in their mother tongue apply them confidently under stress. That is why we train workforces in logistics, production and care in the language they think in.

For Central Germany, siQmo is the only provider with this language range.

Languages

Training in your team's language.

Understood safety is safety that is lived. We train your workforce in six languages — German, English, Czech, Arabic, Russian and Ukrainian. A briefing that doesn't get through linguistically is legally contestable and practically ineffective: in an emergency, only those who truly understood will act.

§ 12 ArbSchG · DGUV

Why multilingual training is legally relevant: § 12 ArbSchG requires instruction “in an understandable form and language”. The DGUV specifies: employees must actually be able to understand the content. German-only instruction for an international workforce does not fulfil this duty — and is a liability risk for the employer in the event of damage.

Training that demonstrably sticks.
